HaulVault account recovery is email-first. Continue to secure sign-in and use the password-recovery option for the email address connected to HaulVault.
Continue to Email RecoveryIf an account exists for that email, recovery instructions are sent securely. If the email is not visible, check Spam or Junk before trying again.
HaulVault does not display or store readable passwords. Fleet Admins cannot see staff or driver passwords.
