Use HaulVault for connected fleet records
These pre-launch terms require legal review before a broad commercial release.
Product scope
HaulVault is a fleet trip, document and mileage management platform. It is not payroll, accounting software, an ELD, Hours-of-Service system, GPS fleet tracking, a complete TMS or an employee dispute system.
Company responsibility
Companies are responsible for inviting the correct users, assigning appropriate roles, reviewing uploaded document quality, verifying mileage, checking exports and meeting their legal, tax, safety and record-retention duties.
Driver responsibility
Drivers must use only their own account, protect joining codes, upload lawful and relevant files, and check that each submission is attached to the correct assigned Trip Number.
Complimentary access
A complimentary period begins only when activated by the HaulVault Super Admin. Expiration does not automatically charge the company or delete its data. Access may become read-only, be extended, suspended or reactivated.
Payments are not active
Displayed prices describe planned future subscriptions. HaulVault does not currently collect cards, process recurring payments or automatically upgrade plans.
No payroll calculation
Mileage and expense reports are operational records only. HaulVault does not calculate wages, salary, taxes, CPP, EI, deductions, benefits, bonuses or direct deposits.
