Common HaulVault questions
Quick answers for fleet companies and drivers using the current HaulVault website.
How does a fleet begin?
Submit the Fleet Access Request. The company stays pending until the HaulVault Super Admin approves and activates it.
How does a driver join?
The company creates a driver invitation. The driver signs in, selects Join My Company and enters the single-use code. Drivers never purchase a fleet subscription.
How do phone uploads work?
Open an assigned trip, choose Upload, select the document type and use the phone camera or file picker. Clear PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF files up to 15 MB are supported.
Why are submitted and verified miles different?
HaulVault shows the driver’s original submitted mileage and the company’s verified mileage as separate neutral records. Any conversation about a difference happens outside HaulVault.
Does HaulVault calculate pay?
No. HaulVault records verified trip mileage but never converts it into wages, deductions, taxes or paycheques.
I used the earlier private vault
Your earlier encrypted records remain preserved. Open the Legacy Private Vault with its existing vault password or recovery file.
